I bought my itouch to another person and it already have a lot of applications on it. I really want to add new applications using my computer but i'm afraid that if I am to sync it, all the existing applications would be erased because at the first place, I didn't have the applications on my itunes. It's just on my itouch, now my problem is, how can I transfer it?

why does my ipod touch need to restore when I turn it off? its jail broken and its version 3.1.2. Same as my sisters hers is jail-broken as-well. But hers does not need to restore when turned off but mine does? does any one know the solution to this?

2nd gen. 32gb HAD 3.1.2 version on it got it brand new for christmas...went on itunes and it said they was an update for my ipod touch..i hit yes and apple has hijacked my ipod....tried blackra1n, tried redsn0w 0.9.4.....nothing is working...deleted itunes completely from the computer...reinstalled an earlier version of itunes, 8.2.1 doesn't matter...apple has the the 3.1.3 embedded in the itouch and there is no way to get it out....HELP.......

I have(had) an unlocked iphone 3G and I accidently updated the iphone with the newest firmware and it ended up clearing my iphone. Is there a way to go back and unlock it again?

Also i've downloaded 8.0 and 8.2 and neither of these let me do the whole "Shift and click on restore thing" so i'm pretty annoyed i would like to jailbreak it so i can have an emulator on it, not to steal things. I've downloaded the 3.1.2 and 3.1.1 off multiple sites and they all have completely ruined my day, if anyone has a few links they can send me, i would really appreciate it, or if someone has the next jailbreak release date i would appreciate it very much. and are the rumors true about blackr1an waiting until the 4.0 firmware??

Someone stole my iPod Touch, but I got it back. But I hear this clicking sound when entering my pass code and when I open my mail, it notifies me of new mail by playing the alarm sound on the iPods. She deleted all of my data, so I can't really tell. It says I have the software version 3.1.3 (7E18). I also wanted to know that if I restored my iPod to factory settings, would I have to buy the 3.1.3 software again?
