10 Best iPhone Heath & Fitness Applications

iPhones are buddies, yes. Make sure though that you avoid the nonsense health and fitness applications to save up on your time, money, and effort to download.

1. Pushups

This iPhone application will supposedly assist you in your aim to be fit, healthy, and strong. How? It will guide you through your pushups. It will help you accomplish a pushups in six weeks, which, they say is enough to keep you fit. It is geeky to me in a couple of ways. First, it is hardly motivational. Second, doing pushups regularly will never represent a total body workout.

2. Two Pushups

This is a reinvented version of Pushups. To our opinion, it is as boring. No matter how many pushups set up to be accomplished in a period of time, it can never be complete, can it?

3. Two Situps

This is a softer version of the first two iPhone health and fitness applications. Yes, it is from the same creators and for us, it is as geeky.

4. iTreadmill

This is a simulation app that will help you through a walking or running activity. I don’t think it can work without a treadmill accessible. When there is one, there would be no need for this iPhone health and fitness application.

5.

If cycling is your workout, this is supposedly a helpful iPhone app. Then again, it would be dangerous if you keep on checking your iPhone to see how good you’ve been working. For that reason, we suggest that you stay away from this app.

6. Eight Glasses a Day

It’s been a line that we kept on hearing since we were young. Now, the iPhone got into the picture. But can this iPhone health and fitness app can do as much as our mothers who kept reminding us to take a glass of water every so often to complete the requirement? Not in my opinion.

7. Water Consumption Tracker

This has a different name but has a different principle as the Eight Glasses a Day app. With this iPhone application, you are supposed to be reminded of how much water you consumed and how much more you need to keep up with the requirement.

8. Six Pack Secrets

Have you always been obsessed with having a sculptured body? This iPhone health and fitness application is supposed to help you with that. It will let you in to the best ideas to achieve that. But I don’t think it’s good enough.

9. Meal Diary

Our body’s health has something to do with our daily intake. With that fact out, you need to know that keeping track of your meals is a good way of starting up on a fitness program. Then again, there are other meal tracking apps that are far better than this one.

iTunes Store

10. DeftFitness

We all need a good workout. More often than not, we all want to. But we lack the motivation and the inspiration to do so. DeftFitness is a program that will supposedly push you to your limits and give you a no way out towards adapting a fitness program. As it is, DeftFitness is not motivating enough.

There, I’ve let out my opinion on health and fitness apps that should not land onto your iPhone for a reason or two. Most of them did not excite me others did. Do you think otherwise?
