any gps tracking app on iphone that works in the background to locate phone when lost/stolen?

apple doesnt allow third party apps to run in the background, only allows apps to work when they are open ... gps tracker and all the other tracking apps only work when opened.. but are there any cracks out there on cydia? ... i want to be able to track my phone if it were to get stolen or lost .. an app that will update its location automatically even in locked mode ...
