does the blackberry curve 8900 have the app world?? thanks xx?

i am asking for a blackberry for christmas and i originally wanted te tour but thats not out in the uk so i was looking at the our and thats not on 02 but the curve is pretty identical to the bold .. but i dont know whether it has the app world.. any suggestions of which is the best blackberry to get or whether the iphone is just so much better! thanks xx
