How can I get my notes from my pocket pc onto my iphone?

I’m trying to find some way to get all my hundreds of notes from my pocket pc over to my iphone. I’ve already looked into a couple apps, but they require the notes to be in either a cvs or onenote file format. By default, they come in as pwi files, but can easily be converted to txt or rtf files. Does anyone know of any way to do this??
