How do I watch movies on my iPod touch?

Are there any sites like free-movies-links.net that allow you to watch full movies for free without downloads? If not are there sites to download movies for free and how would I go about doing that? Truthfully I just want to finish watching transformers 2 lol. Thanks in advance for your help.
