How do you jailbreak your ipod touch with version 3.1.3 ?

2nd gen. 32gb HAD 3.1.2 version on it got it brand new for christmas...went on itunes and it said they was an update for my ipod touch..i hit yes and apple has hijacked my ipod....tried blackra1n, tried redsn0w 0.9.4.....nothing is working...deleted itunes completely from the computer...reinstalled an earlier version of itunes, 8.2.1 doesn't matter...apple has the the 3.1.3 embedded in the itouch and there is no way to get it out....HELP.......

save to your desktop, when its downloaded double click it and it will extract a new file,
plug in your ipod go to itunes hold ’shift’ and hit ‘restore’ select the file on your desktop and it will restore to 3.1.2
