How to save voice memos I got in a text???? (Iphone)?

Like pictures you can easily save them or copy and paste. Well how do I save a voice message I got? There is no option to save it and if you copy when you paste it will paste the name of the voice message it will not actually paste the voice message to playback obviously this is on firmware 3.1.2 and yes I can forward the voice message to another number but what I need is to save it or copy and paste it to send by email
