I dropped my iphone in water and i cant hear anything without my headset. any ideas?

Hi, i dropped my iphone about an hour ago in water and i cleaned it up right away. I blowdryed it with my blowdryer.. Everything seems to work fine except my sound isnt working. The only way i could hear incomming calls or talk to someone on the phone is threw my headphones. If i don’t have the headphones in i don’t hear anything. When i try to put the volume of the ringer higher on the phone it says Ringer(HeadSet) … It’s strange because it says that even though my headset isnt in it. Could anyone help me with this problem. Thanks for your time.
