I need help with my iPhone!?

I restored my iPhone and when my phone was restored and needed to connect to iTunes to be activated it began syncing from my previous iPhone info. During the sync I got a phone call and the sync stopped so my contacts didn’t transfer onto my phone. So I synced my phone again but now I still don’t have my contacts because it had created a new back up point without my contacts. Is there a way to sync to a previous back up point?
