iPhone Custom Lockscreen?

I would like to make a custom lockscreen that may be a bit complicated. I am new at this so if you know how to do this please use laymen's terms. I want to have a lockscreen showing a car Key Fob. When you touch the "Unlock" Button, the phone unlock. When you touch the "Lock" Button the screen shuts off and Chirps like when you lock a car. And if you touch the "Panic" button, naturally, an alarm will go off for a few seconds. Is this possible and if so, how do I do it?
