IPhone stuck at Cydia’s “Reloading Data”?

Hi, I recently jailbroke my IPhone and installed Cydia. My friends told me to install Rock from Cydia because it’s better. I installed it and it said Complete but it got stuck at the “Reloading Data” part. I waited for 10 minutes and it stayed stuck with the spinning wheel! I pressed the home button nothing happened. I tried to hold the switch off button but nothing happened again! Is it going to stay stuck like this? What should I do?
