iPod Touch or Psp 3000?

So I can get either ot this two from Lockerz for free on Nov. 2nd i can get the Psp 3000 with Rockband and on Nov. 15 the iPod touch 8gb but i have the psp 1000 so which one should I get I want the iPod touch but I dont wanna wait Which one is better?
