Is there a app to lock/hide apps without having to jailbreak my itouch?

I have a game that i love to play on my itouch. But every time my 5 year old autistic son wants to play with my itouch he goes in and deletes my player on my game. I don’t want to take the itouch from him but i just want to lock that one app. My itouch is a 3rd gen and i can’t figure out how to jailbreak it. Someone please help save my game!!!!!
