i use installous and the app sync is on but when i try to sync with itunes it still deletes my apps.

The Itunes sync in Installous worked for me. Couldn’t find Mipatch but I’m assuming I don’t have the sources for it. Thank you!

Either turn off iTunes sync in the installous settings or install mipatch from cydia.
