My iphone ringtone won’t sync from my computer to my iphone?

I bought a ring tone from my iphone, and i synced it to my computer with no problem, but when I synced it all to my iphone it said “was not copied to iphone because you are not authorized to play it on this computer.” what does this mean, and how do i fix it. plz help me out
