On my iPhone / iTouch, i’ve downloaded some “Japan Idol Photo Album”. What application do they use to make it?

I’m using iPhone 3GS 32GB and iPod Touch 2nd Gen 32GB. On the Apple Application Store, i found a lot of collection of “Photo Album Collection” by searching from keyword “Japan Idol”. My question is, What kind of or application do they use to make that photo album, or is there any application that similar to “make quick website link in main screen” from safari but with photo album instead of website link? Hopes my question is clear enough. Thanks…
