apple advanced warranty replacement?

so i sent my iphone in which is under warranty because i was told by the "expert" that i had dead pixels. so i got my new one sent my old one in and now they're saying there is damaga done to it. there is only 1 little crack on the back which wouldn't affect the screen anyway. so my question is can they sent me back my old one so i don't pay 200 fuckin dollars
