Apps aren’t working on my iPhone?

I recently upgraded the software to 2.0.2., and then uploaded some new songs from iTunes. Now everytime I hit my apps, they appear on the screen for 2 seconds, then disappear. I even reset all the settings, deleted the apps I uploaded, then reinstalled them. Same thing happens when I tap on them. They appear, then disappear after 2 seconds and goes back to home screen. Did I miss something when I downloaded the new software?
