At&t help…..!!!!!!!!!!!!!?

If i added a new line to my family plan and got the new iPhone for 99$ for that line will it go on the family plan or would i have to have a separate plan for it. This is also for me i already have a number and phone but cant stand it. So basically would i have to pay more monthly for one more number or would it be with my family plan with unlimited text and over 2000 Roll over minutes. thank you
