Blackberry SIM card in IPhone?

Hello. I have a corporate BB (AT&T, unlimited data, etc...). if I move the BB sim into an UNLOCKED IPhone, will I be able to use the iphone to make calls, serf internet, install apps (basically typical things you use an iphone for)? I AM NOT asking if I will be able to use the iphone to get corporate email - I know I wont. All I am asking for is if all the iphone needs is a sim card to operate normally and if it will accept a non-iphone sim from the same provider.
