Can I transfer everything from my iTouch to an iPhone?

I currently have an iTouch, but I'm thinking about getting an iPhone when my current phone plan is up at the end of the year. I was wondering if there is anyway that AT&T or Apple can transfer all of the content on my iTouch onto an iPhone (Apps, Music, Videos, etc.).
