Can not unlock my iphone 2g using quickpwn?

I can not unlock my iphone 2g using quickpwn. (which i have done previously with ease) i am using itunes latest version and firmware 2.2.1 in quickpwn. After selecting .ipsw and bootloaders when it comes to DFU mood nothing works. iphone shows itunes logo+usb logo; and quickpwn just freezes saying iphone is preparing for recovery mode, it dont give me any instruction farther(the below text stating HOLD HOME BUTTON FOR FIVE SECONDS don't glow). But however i tried the instruction given there noting happens except rebooting iphone and the same itunes logo+usb logo. i must add the following.... * my old iphone 2g got broken and i got ia replacement from apple at 25th may 2009. * the iphone they gave my is 2G and preloaded with FW 2.2.1 * the iphone is not activated via AT&T sim card. * previously i was using my iphone 2G with FW 2.2.1 and it was jailbroken easily with quickpwn.

look i had this problem
try to make it on other pc
if the problem still there….there might be a pincode on your sim card.
put your sim card in any mobile and remove the pincode and then try again and it will work
