So, the iphone by default alphabetizes contacts by the last word in the name. That means that when there is a company name in the contacts, say Northwest Airlines, it gets filed under A, instead of under N where it belongs. Unfortunately, it seems the iphone doesn’t listen to the “file as” column in outlook, it simply looks at the “Full Name” column. Anyone figure out how to solve this little problem?
