Does using non Apple battery charger can deteriorate an Iphone?

I just bought on ebay a 17 pieces set (chargers, cases, slides...) on ebay for my new Iphone 3Gs. Of course none of them were made by apple but I wanted to use one of the battery charger from work and the real one at home since the battery dies very fast. Will it break the phone if I use accessories that arent "official"?
