How can I transfer my Palm’s calendar to my iphone?

I have my calendar on my palm and my schedule repeats every 3 weeks, I want to use my iphone's calendar but it does not have an option for 3 week repeat. Can I transfer the Palm calendar to my iphone or can the iphone's calendar be modified to repeat every 3 weeks? Any other options?
