how do i transfer applications i didn’t purchase from my iphone 3G to my vista based computer?

hey i got like 60 applications from my friend and i was wondering how can i transfer them to my vista based computer. is there a folder in ipod_control that i can get the files from? any help is grrrreeeeatly appreciated.
