how to fix sciphone i9unresponsive touch screen?

the phone was working fine and all of a sudden the screen was unresponsive and now i cant use the phone... only the center button works. plleaaseeee help! use pics if possible

I have sciphone 3G and touch screen was working then all of a sudden it stopped working, i ordered a new touchscreen and have it. i do not know how to fit it and i have found out that it can be comlicated to fix. Are there any phone repair shops that can fix it for me. i live in the uk in luton.
