I Need iTunes account?

I really need an iTunes account with a credit card on it because my computer is frozen, and the warranty wont cover it. I need to get some FREE apps. If there is any way you can help, and you have an iPod touch or iPhone, you can get my apps by logging on to my account and hitting download. It would say, "you have already purchased this app, please hit OK to download again" PLEASE HELP!!! P.S. I have 54 apps that I have paid for. I bought those before my computer froze.
