i’m getting a new phone and i’m torn..?

i have altell and i'm going to be upgrading to one of there touch screen phones. these are the 3 phones i'm torn over The Samsung Delve HTC Touch Diamond HTC Touch Pro i want one that is closest to an iphone, but still works great. i'm kind of wanton opinions from people who have any of these phones or know anything about them. just any help would be great, i have the LG scoop right now and i hate it.
