im trying to jailbreak my iphone, when i try to open quickpwn it tells me to download one of the.Net framew?

when i go to open quickpawn it says i must install one of the following .Net framework: V2.0.5727 contact my application publisher for instructions about obtaining the appropriate version of the .Net Framework... Please what does this mean?????
