iPhone calender problem?

I was trying to enter daylight savings into my iPhone calender for fall and next year and it wouldn't let me say 2:00 AM. It would change it to 1 AM. It had no troubles with 2:00 PM or 2:05 AM or any other time. Has anyone else noticed this problem? Is there anything I can do to fix it?
