Iphone connected to network, i can see the wifi symbol….but still…..?

the internet /itunes doesn't connect and says cannot connect to iTunes or internet is not connected to network.... i tried to do the "Renew Lease" .. Kindly let me know if the proxy needs to be in Off, Manual, Auto Setting
