iPhone dial pad skin for palm centro?

Ive just been looking for a simple iphone style dailpad skin on the palm centro but all i ever get is an actual iphone home screen theme (which i have) im just looking for the dialpad but i can never seem to find just that because they are all for windows mobile. PLZ HELP
