iphone export and import?
I’m living in US and I’m planning to sell a brand new iphone on ebay and accept international shipping. Do I have to pay any US export taxes on the iphone? Do my buyers have to pay import taxes at their country when they receive the phone?
Hi, I’m not sure about export taxes, but about import, it depends on each country. I live in Moldova. Here if I buy something from USA or any other place, that costs more than 300 $ and is new, I have to pay import taxes (20% from the price). If the item is used or costs less then 300 $ I don’t have to pay any taxes.
