iPhone help!need help!?

will adding more and more videos and music,especially more videos, slow down/lag the performance of the iphone 3GS? Im getting the new 32GB iphone 3GS and was wondering if i should put a whole bunch of movies onto my iphone since i have 32 gigabytes..
