iphone will it alert or not if the line is answer sametime when it alarm clock alert?

I just doubt about iphone. iphone will it alert or not if the line is answer same time when it alarm clock alert when I talk while the alarm ringing it is no sound? same with old model and iPhone3G ? I think it only vibrate right ?
