Is there a site to watch tv and or movies on the iPhone?

I am not looking for a site that costs for a membership, and i dont want to download on my computer and sync my phone, I have 6G's per month in downloading (pretty much unlimited) is there a site similar to free-tv-video-online.info that is does not require flash (because iPhone does not support Flash)
