My iPhone won’t show up on My Computer anymore?

It shows it on iTunes, but it won't show up in My Computer, and it won't do autoplay to ask if I want to import pictures. I need to import 50 pictures. My other iPhone shows up , but this one doesn't/ I have Windows Vista Home Premium. I have the iPhone version 2.2.1 2G. The iPhone that works on My Computer is the iPhone version 2.2.1 2G. It just stopped working! Please HELP!!! 10 easy points for best answer. Don't tell me to upgrade iTunes because it works with my other iPhone! PLEASE HELP! I tried even re-booting the device and my computer, nothing. I even tried EVERYTHING! >|-(. Please help. Ten points for the solution that WORKS.
