what do you do when you try to purchase an app?

lately my fone is telling me to tap continue and sign in to veiw billing information everytime i try to purchas an application? what do i do lately my iphone has been asking me to tap continue and sign in to veiw billing info whenever i try to buy an application, what do i do to solve this
