I have been having my iphone 3G for about 2months and after 2 weeks of having it I dropped it and cracked the screen. I know they don't cover cracked screens so I'm just dealing with that because the phone still worked great. However over the last week my phone started freezing alot. I deleted any apps backed up the phone and just re did everything that way but it is constantly freezing on me where i have to restart the phone or sometimes it just restarts itself. I originally had the first generation iphone and after about 3 months this had started with it too i brought it in and they said well we can't fix that so here is another one. My question is.... the cracked screen isnt bothering me its the freezing of the phone. Will the apple store overlook the cracked screen and deal with it freezing or will they just shut me down when I walk in and they will blame the freezing on the crack? Its not that I know everything about the phone...but due to the last phone I brought in the first thing they ask you is if you tried to wipe it out and put everything back on it. I had never claimed to know everything about the phone. If you would have read it clearly says it worked fine until now I don't care about the screen.
