Where can I download movies to watch on a portable device?

I would like to purchase and download movies to play on my mp3 player (Sansa Fuze) and on my cell phone. Since I don't have an IPod or IPhone, I can't use ITunes (or can I?) So where can I find movies to download and watch on a portable device?
