where do i find my iphone backup on my Windows computer? or how do i restore my iphone backup.?

i need help finding my iphone backup on my computer (Windows). i know where its at in itunes but i dont know where it is in my files on my computer. basically i want to restore my backup to my iphone. THANKS!!!!
