why does Iphone PC Suite keep crashing?

iphone pc suite works but you have to have up to and no further than .net framework 2.0. the 3.5 sp1 breaks it. If you have 3.5 already installed, the only way I got around it is to do a clean reinstall of windows on one of my test machines and only install up to .net framework version 2.0.
