Why does my iPhone rearrange itself?

My iPhone rearranges the apps in alphabetical order everytime i unlock the lock screen. Is anybody else having the same problem? Does anybody know how to fix the rearranging. I have ten pages of apps and each time it rearranges itself, I spend three days rearranging it back to my liking. It is getting really ANNOYING. My iPhone is a 2G 16GB. Please help me!
