OK i wan to copy my contacts from my iphone to my windows 7 laptop contacts folder, then edit them, then have my iphone sync with that folder for contacts there after. how can i do this?

okay, so the click wheel and the buttons around it aren't working at all, and when i flip the hold button back and forth it resets and it wont do anything but keep resetting! I've looked up every thing I could think of and i even reset and every thing on Itunes. Nothing's working! any suggestions?

I bought a driver wizard. i did all 5 R's. Still nothing! (pop-up balloon says "USB Device Not Recognized" The trouble shooter does nothing to help. Had my computer repaired and since then I cant use my ipod. PLEASE! SOMEONE! HELP!

I am considering getting a new phone and narrowed it down to these two. I chose these because I need a touch screen phone and the buttons on most phones wiggle too much in the sockets, causing my fingers to slip (long nails) and with touch screens-no buttons that can fall out either. I was hoping to get a recommendation potentially from experience on which one I should get and why. Why is a really important factor in an answer. Pros and Cons of each would be really useful. I have also added my cell number when I'm not near WIFI to pick up my text. If the person uses my textPLUS number to text me, how will that show up on my cell bill under my texts, same as 60611 textPLUS number?

Im turning 17 in a couple months and on my way to college. At&T phones besides blackberry and iphone. Even though it IS for "business" people. It's really nice and is a nice phone overall. How do I really convince them? THANKS!
