Pleasssssssssse Help?! My iPhone dropped in the water!?

I’d say 75 percent that everything is back to normal. However the sound no longer works unless I plug my headphones on. This is the only way that I can hear my music. And the other really annoying thing is that I cannot turn / turn it on w/out having to plug it in to the a charger or an electrical outlet. Has this happen to anyone else? Should I just wait it out??? Go buy another damn one bc it’ll probably be about the same price to fix it? Or should I get insurance and then trade it in??? Please help.
