Should i trust the dealer?

Okay so i got this offer on an online site and one guy is selling me an iphone 3gs 32gb Iphone. So the price he is giving me is 200 dollars Canadian. So the guys apparently lives in Romania and wants me to send me 85 Dollars first as a down payment and another 115 when i get the phone. So i asked his address and when i got it he sends me a Zip code from the United States, when i talked to him he gave me a new postal code and it matched the Address. So this is my question. Are these signs something of a significance? Do you think this is real or fake? i Am not sure if i should trust him and give him the money or just forget it.
Apparently, he wants to sell his phone because of a school foundation and he has iphones for sale
