Not true, they give you a choice to update to 3.1.3. Just need to know if the 3gs comes with the new software installed. Thank You

i have the original iphone and want to get a new phone. Can you download music onto the blackberry? How much will it cost to have unlimited texting and internet for the 2? the blackberry seems really cool but im a teenager, so im not sure if its more of a business phone compared to the iphone.

I bought the iPhone 3GS from someone from Kijiji. It was running 3.1.2 and it was jailbroken and unlocked, when I reset the network settings, it was in a constant loop of turning on and showing the Apple logo then turning off. So I tried restoring it and halfway it stopped and showed me the dfu mode. When I connect to itunes, I put in my sim card and it says its not an eligible sim card. I don't know what carrier it is locked to but I would defenitely want to use it without jailbreak at least. Should I go to the Apple Store for them to restore or is there another way?

I have tried doing a jailbrake with sn0wbreez and pwnage tool with no luck, on my mac and my windows vista pc, I have done the procedure in which itunes communicates to cydia intead of apple but still doesn't work, I do not have an shshs on file with cidya, my iboot is 359.3. Thank you in advance for any help.
