Update to iOS 6: Will it delete my music/photos? CopyTrans Manager?

Hello, I have an iPhone 3Gs (I know, I have to upgrade)
I hate iTunes so much, I always have bad experience with it so I used an iTunes alternative called Copy Trans Manager where I can add and delete songs on my iPhone.

I want to update my phone though to iOS 6.0.1, the latest one out there. My concern is, will it delete anything of my songs or photos, especially if I used Copy Trans Manager? Some of my songs were added via iTunes (back when I used it) and the last of my songs been added through Copy Trans Manager.

Can anyone answer? Anyone else dealed with anything like this? How did it go?

Why does my iPad, my iPhone 4 and my brothers iPhone 4 all connects in one ?!?!?!?

Ok let me explain so every time when I add a new contacts in my iPhone my brothers iPhone also has all of my same contacts when he deletes the contacts my contacts automatic gets deleted as will its soo annoying and when my brothers downloads a app or writes notes, my iPad and my iPhone does the same thing same app same note:/ it’s soo weird we have a different app store accounts but it still connects and copy one another please help us.

Problems with deleting iPhone apps?

I downloaded a game called My City through the App Store on my iPhone 4, and when I was move it to the games folder it somehow copied itself and made one copy invisible. When I deleted the original app, the copy became visible and when I held down to delete it, the x won’t appear.

Transfering music from SD card to iTunes ?

Ok my computer crashed a whole ago and I found one of my old sd cards with music I want on it but whence I copy and paste into iTunes as soon as I pull out sd card the music says unable to locate files … I want to put it on my iPhone to so just leaving the card in the comp. dosnt help…

Why are some of my songs on my iphone grey?

I have the iPhone 5 and some of my songs decided to copy 2 or three songs in my library, and now some of them are grey and wont delete through the iphone or on my laptop. and my old laptop broke so i am using my new laptop and i dont know how to fix this. I like all my songs and i think not every one of my songs are purchased through my account.

Any suggestions without restoring?

I know it came out awhile ago, but I was really interested in it over the iPhone 5. Currently I have the iPhone 3GS and it’s amazing don’t get me wrong, but I want something totally different. I just have some questions for those who have/had the BlackBerry Torch 9810.

Can you buy/install apps on the phone like you can with an iPhone? Is there a music player where you can sync music on like an iPhone? Are you able to copy and paste links and what not from the web? I’ll have to use this phone for school too so is it handy?

Also, feel free to elaborate more on the phone, I’d like to know all about it. No I’m not expecting anything as high-tech as the iPhone, but I am looking for the similarities as well as its own features.
